With the support of the State Tourism Agency, the Azerbaijan Hotel Association has launched the "Specialized Hospitality" training program aimed at enhancing the quality of hospitality services.

The two-month training program is designed for employees of accommodation facilities in Baku, Absheron, and Sumgait, in preparation for the 29th session of the UN Climate Change Conference (COP29).

Conducted by experienced trainers, the free training sessions focus on various hospitality management areas, including housekeeping, food and beverage services, front office operations, and hotel administration. Participants will have the opportunity to gain practical industry knowledge and learn from local hospitality experts.
